Once you have come to a free training session or two and you decide you want to train you need to fill out this form (click here).

- a Rabbits "starter" t-shirt from here (click here) if only doing the knights program

Waiver
In order to meet our insurance requirements, all students will need to fill out this waiver in hard copy and hand it to an instructor on a training night.
